My interest in healing began in 1991 when I joined the National Federation of Spiritual Healers in the UK. Over the next 4 years I undertook their comprehensive development courses which involved a lot of work on myself! Completion of their training, entitled me to work in their healing centres as a volunteer and eventually to start up my own healing centre.
During this time I also went back to college to study holistic therapies and achieved Diplomas in Aromatherapy, Reflexology and massage and together with some like minded friends we set up a healing business called Natural Healing and established a centre in our local High Street, which was a huge learning curve for us all.

My Reiki training began in 1997 and I became a Reiki Master in 2004. My focus now is on sending distant reiki and the wonderful results it creates for so many people. Distant Reiki is as powerful as a hands on reiki session with the added bonus that it can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home!

My style of healing is somewhat unique, sending energy & what’s needed to where it’s needed as guided by the souls that I am in connection with. Essentially your higher self, tells my higher self some soul stories around what you are experiencing right now & I direct my healing accordingly.
