1. Use essential oils or chakra sprays - each chakra resonates with different essential oils. You can now easily buy either pure essential oils or some nice organic chakra sprays to use intuitively on yourself when you feel like alignment is needed. 2. Use intentional breathing with visualisation - visualise you are breathing in different colours of chakras into the location of the chakras: red colour into the base of the spine for root chakra, orange colour into sacral chakra located two inches below the belly button, yellow colour into solar plexus chakra located two inches above the abdomen, green colour into the heart chakra, blue colour into the throat chakra located in the neck area, purple colour into the third eye chakra located in the centre of the forehead, violet colour into crown chakra located at the top of the head.
3. Use chakra healing meditation - concentrate on each chakra and with intention send it healing and blessing.
And mainly, do not overthink this - take first method that resonates with you the most and just do it !
