I would love to ask all of you to share here, what do you do daily that keeps you not just "sane" but happy and excited to be alive and allowing you to live with love&joy every day.
How do you manage your own inner well being (all of you = your mind, heart, body & soul) and what has really worked for you ?
Please, share tools you can do for yourself by yourself at home or in nature, where you are not dependent on anyone else or resources online that are freely available so we can help each other in these ways.
Yes, I know that some tools and techniques you need to learn from professionals and teachers first, but if you have learned and you keep using them and they work for you, please DO SHARE with us.

I would love to share here with you what I do daily for myself to manage myself and my inner well being. I have tried so many modalities and tools and healings over the last 15 years since I embarked on this journey of transformation & self-awareness.
One thing that I have realised is that there is no one modality, tool or teaching that is suitable for everyone and even for me I need different things/tools sometimes on the same day. Let's face it, we as women change how we feel and how we are every 2,5 days ....we have to have variety of tools at our disposal so we don't depend on someone else all the time, right ?
Though there is absolutely nothing wrong about asking for help or reaching out when you need it. Not at all.
Let's together create some FIRST AID HELP for ourselves we can use to when we need it the most.
My daily tools:
💜 Firstly and mostly I hugely depend on meditation (just don't be scared of that word, please) - nothing special really - just sitting quietly few minutes daily first thing in the morning and last thing in the night, connecting to my breath and just feeling gratitude for all I already have in my life. I can't imagine living without this anymore.
And yes, there are various guided meditations available online that you can choose from to see what works for you, if you prefer to be guided. I find especially kundalini yoga meditations extremely potent for me.
💜 Connecting daily & consciously to the energy of LOVE - this is so important to me I don't even know how to express it. I love energy of LOVE, so I naturally go and seek LOVE in my life in any form and shape - connecting lovingly to my children, my partner, my work, or just purely to the energy of divine love (to Source) is my lifeline (filling up my love box)
I know that as humans we have only that much to give and that's why I daily include connection to the unlimited source of The Divine Love = THE SOURCE (whatever that is for you.)
💜 My daily kriya - I have received Shambavi kriya from Sadhguru (who I resonate with on so many levels and no it was not expensive at all, all in all maybe $350 for 30+ hours of discourses on life & transformation and then also initiation & practice).
I love this 21 minutes practice and I do it daily religiously cause it's such a potent tool for me to "manage" me and be in charge of me ....but this one does requires discipline and commitment to yourself, it has to be done daily to really sink in and create change in you and carry you through your life with peace, ease and joy.
💜 I absolutely love Qi Gong - it is a healing modality to help you run your chi (your life force) more efficiently, it's such a blessing and so gentle, anyone and I mean anyone can do it (lots of youtube videos available for FREE). I love this one:
💜 I have my amazing energy healing tools while I use daily too (reiki, shamanic healing, inner child healing, etc.) - I am simply in love with the fact that we are energy beings and we can manage our own energy (with or without any official training or initiation, what you use is the energy of love, simple). It's all about extending love & healing to yourself via your healing hands (yes, everyone can do it for themselves and for their loved ones too ...it takes practice to build your own confidence, but it's so worth it.)

💜 NATURE - I can't imagine living my life without being able to connect to natural elements like hugging the trees or taking baths or connecting to the fire and air. There is so much medicine there, there is no easier medicine. (This for me also includes pets and animals, even plants and gardening as well as playing with my crystals. We are all from Earth, we are part of nature, Mother Earth and elements can balance us with so much ease.)
💜 I also use daily hypnotherapy & EFT tapping - to consciously work on re-programming my subconscious mind as we have way too many old outdated programs and conditionings in us and it just needs constant up-leveling and I personally find hypnotherapy combined with EFT tapping mega efficient and mainly so effortless (Tt's really easy and again tons of videos available online to choose what you need.)
💜 I love, love journaling - Why ? Cause it allows me to pour my heart and my soul out so I don't have to pour it all on my friends or my partner all the time (yes, it's called adulthood and being responsible for your own "stuff" in the way that works for you best)
💜 Women's circles or any like-minded community of aligned Souls - I have always been bit of a "cult" person hihi - I have always needed&wanted a community of like minded people cause it has always helped me to stay connected and inspired and empowered and I guess it's important for me to feel connected, seen, heard and understood by my kind of peeps (I don't expect all of that from my husband as that expectation would be mega unrealistic) This can come in so many different forms and shapes for you, but it's worth finding your safe harbour. We are not meant to be doing this "life" on our own, not at all.
