True Life Goals ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›

Today is a New Moon in Aries 2021 and I would love to share with you something that you might have heard before, but maybe you need to be reminded of today to make sure that you dream big today when setting your intentions for the next lunar month or year ahead.

Why is it important to set goals or intentions that are true ?

Everything is energy. I believe our true goals/intentions/desires carry the highest vibrational frequency we want to be connecting to and aligning to in our life. Why ? For me it's to simply love and enjoy my life, to live a meaningful life. It can be something different for you and that's fine.

You do you.

To identify your true life goals (big or small doesn't matter), you just need to ask yourself.

๐Ÿ’› What is it that I would like (to be, to create or to have) ?

๐Ÿ’› What would make me absolutely happy & joyous ?

๐Ÿ’›What would make my heart sing ?

๐Ÿ’› What would feel light and expansive ?

There is a very easy way to check with yourself (no one can do this for you I am afraid) if your goal/intention is true.

Say your true goal/intention out loud to yourself. Then notice how it feels in your body.

Does it make you feel good?

Does it feel light?

Does it feel joyful?

Does it feel like you are expanding or contracting ?

Does it feel inspiring enough to pull you forward?

Does it lift your energy?

Also try to play with it a bit. Try few different statements of the same goal and see which one feels the best inside of you (simpler is usually better). If any part of the statement pulls your energy down or feels like a "have to", just change it until it feels right.

True goal is NOT something to:*

- solve a problem in your life

- prove someone or yourself something

- to fix something or someone

- because you have to

*This part is very important. Please, make sure you don't set your intentions or goals just because you have to or because you want to solve some immediate problem. By always focusing on problems, you only attract more problems into your life.

Always focus on what you want.

Once you have your true goals and they all feel great in your body, make sure you write them down, create your own vision board out of them so you can see them daily and connect to their energy daily and easily.

Having true goals however is not enough, it's really just a beginning. It's equally important to realise that we already have way more than we acknowledge and it's divinely necessary to practice true gratitude each and every single day. And by practice I mean - feel the gratitude for all that you already have in every single cell of your body. You can't cheat the energy and you can't make a daily gratitude practice just a purely journaling or mental activity, it 100% needs to be a feeling activity, a true feeling practice.

It's also equally important to acknowledge that you are already perfectly whole and complete and that you are where you need to be and you are who you need to be and while it's wonderful to strive for more through working on your true goals, accepting all parts of you here and now is activating true healing. This is the art of self-love & self-acceptance.

Lastly, we also need to acknowledge that there is a certain amount of resistance in our "field" which can be coming from this lifetime or past lifetimes. It is a resistance in the form or our limiting beliefs, emotions, past events of experiences, karmic imprints, fears, worries, judgments and so many other forms of resistance that for a major part we are not even consciously aware of. Once we define our true goals and before we move ahead to take inspired actions we also need to consider releasing this resistance from our field in one way or another (my way is through energy healing and inner coaching). And then we watch the magic happens in our life.

To sum up, here is my "simple" formula:

๐Ÿ’› KNOW YOUR TRUE LIFE GOALS -> ๐Ÿ’› RELEASE RESISTANCE IN YOUR FIELD -> ๐Ÿ’› CONNECT DAILY TO THE ENERGY OF YOUR TRUE GOALS (feel it) -> ๐Ÿ’› PRACTICE GRATITUDE DAILY (feel it) - > ๐Ÿ’› SELF-LOVE & SELF-ACCEPTANCE DAILY (feel it) -> ๐Ÿ’› TAKE INSPIRED ACTION (one intuitively inspired action at the time, there is no need to know the whole thing upfront, it's actually impossible to know)

The trick for me is to keep it simple and enjoyable, but religiously a daily practice.

Remember, no one can heal you, no one can save you. Only YOU can heal/save yourself.

Don't wait around anymore. Let's do this beautiful inner work together in the community of like-minded women because whether we like it or not - this work done with accountability "soul sisters" in the community of like-minded people is so much easier, gets better results and mainly it's so much more fun.
