We are all Energy Beings๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›

We all are. We are energy beings, which means that we vibrate all the time. (We do not stop vibrating, not even after death - our physical body stops vibrating but not our Soul.)

Sometimes our vibration is high and we feel happy and content and sometimes our vibration is low and we feel fearful and anxious or depressed. Is this a fact ? Well, I am trying to be a student of quantum physics to learn a bit more about it, but I find it way too complicated and I enjoy simple things. Having said that, I invite you to go down that rabbit hole if you feel called as that's where you find your answers and scientific proofs.


I personally do not need proofs, I just trust that it's true as that's how it manifests in my life.

What does all this mean for us ? That no matter where we are in life and no matter how we feel at the moment - it is all shift-able. If we are energy beings and we vibrate at all times, then when our vibration is low to feel better we have to shift our energy or we have to release heavy energy and invite lighter energy in.

I know it might sound a bit too simplified but why do we have such a need to complicate our lives ? I know there are serious diseases and conditions in this world and when we suffer from them, it does not sound as easy at all...yes, it's tad more difficult to shift the energy, but even medical doctors nowadays quite confidently state that very often the result of the medical treatment heavily depends on what the patient thinks and believes to be true.

If patient decides to live and heal then that's where the energy and focus goes and the whole healing & curing process is way easier as opposed to when patient decides to capitulate and give up. There are many miracle stories out there and I absolutely believe in those.


To me, it's all very comforting and positive and hopeful. How about you ?

At the end of the day, being an adult I feel it is my responsibility to remind myself of this each and every time when I feel down and just go into the repertoire of my spiritual tools and techniques and intuitively pick one or few that would help me to shift my energy, my state of being.

I personally feel very grateful for all my beautiful friends who remind me of this when I can't remind myself.

I am also happy and grateful to have a community of women around me who can remind me or whom I can remind of this. We support each other, we empower each other, we remind each other, we send prayers and positive vibes - so many ways to shift yours or someone's else energy.

Today I would love to remind you all. There is no need to do this life alone, having support structures in the form of community is such a blessing if you allow yourself to be seen, to be held, to be supported. It does not have to be this specific community, any community where you feel you belong. Go and search for your spiritual medicine, find what resonates with your Soul so you can have it handy when you need it the most.

Do not wait for disasters to happen to start the search, it's way easier to get ready and practice when life is quite un-eventful or even happy.

Here are some of my most precious "medicines" I keep close for when my energy needs some shifts & few of these I do every single day with a simple intention to have pleasant balanced days:

๐Ÿ’› prayer

๐Ÿ’› self-pleasure (oh yes, that helps a lot at times)

๐Ÿ’› coffee with a friend

๐Ÿ’› pen-pal (I have been writing letters to my friend in prison for decade now, it's such a great therapy)

๐Ÿ’› epsom salt bath

๐Ÿ’› positive affirmations

Oh my list can go on and on, but I think you get a point. It might just be me, I do love & enjoy and play with many of these, but you truly do not need all of them, just find out what works for you and try to use it as often as possible.

In my energy healing clinic one day - my prescriptions would say:๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›

- healing intention first thing in the morning

- big dose of Sun & earthing every single day

- 30 mins of dailyreiki/meditation or yoga (your choice)

- 10 mins of crazy body movements to shake it all off

- 10 mins of some yummy tones to soothe the Soul

- 10 mins of breathwork to restore and renew

- a delicious Epsom salt bath with some lavender oil every single evening

- falling asleep with a prayer of gratitude on your lips

- make love, hug & kiss as often as you can

Just for a moment beautiful Soul, dream here with me. Imagine, each and every one of us would do this each and every day and only then we would go and do our jobs and interact with other people - what would our world look like ?
